Should no terms and conditions be published in the respective country section, then the FIATA Model Rules for Freight Forwarding Services as set out below and as adopted by the respective PRIME LOGISTICS & PROJECTS country organization shall apply.
Whenever sourcing services from PRIME LOGISTICS & PROJECTS, you agree that the version of the Terms in effect at that time will apply to any such services, unless otherwise agreed. Your attention is directed to those clauses of the Terms which exclude or limit the liability of PRIME LOGISTICS & PROJECTS and other parties, and to those which require you to indemnify PRIME LOGISTICS & PROJECTS in certain circumstances.
